NATURRESIDENCE

  • Our rates
    Our rates are per chalet and per week for 2 persons and include final cleaning.
    The Value-Added Tax of 10% is included in the price. (Valid for March 5, 2018)

  • The prices stated are plus € 1.05 resort tax per person (14 years or older) and per night. (valid for March 20, 2018)

  • Right when reserving your apartment, you must identify by name all persons included in your party. The apartment and our facilities may be used only by the persons identified as guests when placing your reservations.

  • In order to guarantee our guests a maximum of peace and privacy, our entire complex may be used only by registered guests, and not by external visitors.

  • We rent our apartments on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays are possible in the winter months (except for Christmas and New Year), with a minimum stay of three days. Please ask us about our daily rates in the winter months.

  • Final cleaning – mid-stay cleaning
    The final cleaning is included in the overall rate. If you reserve a two-week or multi-week stay, a mid-stay cleaning of the apartment (on Friday or Saturday) is also included.

  • Advance payment
    We are delighted that you have decided to reserve a vacation with us! After you have received the written confirmation, and after we have received your confirmation of reservation, we require an advance payment from you of EURO 350.oo for a definitive reservation of the apartment. You are free to pay by means of bank transfer:

    To ensure that we can correctly allocate your advance payment, please note the following: Next to "purpose" on the form, please state "advance payment," your surname, the apartment you have selected, and the period of your stay. Upon receipt of your advance payment, your reservations are considered binding. If we do not receive your advance payment within five days, we reserve the right to dismiss your reservation and re-assign the apartment. If you decide to not make advance payment and allow your reservation to lapse, we request that you cancel it in writing. Failure to make advance payment does not replace a written cancellation. We request that you transfer the advance payment only after you have received our confirmation of reservation.

  • Cancellation
    There is no right of withdrawal as specified by the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions: We hope that you will understand that we will levy the following penalties when you cancel your reserved arrangement: Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 0%; 29 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50%; 9 to 2 days prior to arrival: 100%; failure to show, late arrival, and premature departure: 100%. The advance payment is not covered by these conditions and can be retained in any case. Please note that even if you do not make advance payment and then allow your reservation to lapse, this must be cancelled. Otherwise, we will have to charge you a processing fee of EURO 50.oo.
    The scheduled day of arrival and day of departure are considered binding. In the event of a premature departure (prior to the reserved day of departure) or late arrival, you will be charged for the entire duration of the scheduled stay.

  • Travel cancellation insurance
    In order to protect yourself against cancellation charges, we recommend that you sign up for travel cancellation insurance.

  • Cash payment and advance bank transfer
    Please understand that we can accept payment for the cost of your stay only in the form of cash or advance bank transfer.

  • Arrival and departure
    The apartment will be ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate your apartment on the day of your scheduled departure by 10:00 a.m. If you wish to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please inform us of this in advance.

  • Bed linen
    Bed linen, hand towels, and dishtowels will be ready for you upon your arrival in your apartment. We can supply you with fresh hand towels as needed. You are free to use at any time the clothes iron and ironing board. You can use the automatic washing machine and dryer (surcharge) depending upon availability.
    Internet

  • W-LAN: Our apartments are equipped with broadband Internet access (WiFi) at no additional cost. Please bear in mind that, due to our location in the mountains, the Internet connection is not always reliable or high-speed.

  • Your valuables
    All of our apartments are furnished with a room safe where you can store your valuables.

  • Sauna
    In our Dahoam Nature Residence, you have the option of relaxing in our wood-fired outdoor sauna in the English garden twice a week. The price per person and sauna session is EURO 15.oo, and includes the loan of our sauna bag with bathrobe and towel.

  • Pets
    Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking
    Generally speaking, smoking is prohibited indoors. If you wish to smoke outside, we would be happy to provide you with an ash tray. At the same time, we would like to ask you to please be considerate of other guests in the neighboring apartment.

  • Private breakfast service
    We would be delighted to bring you your breakfast package to your apartment in the morning. Our breakfast consists of fresh products from the region. Eggs and your choice of either coffee and milk or tea are included in the breakfast package – all you have to do is prepare them.
    You can take advantage of our breakfast service for the entire duration of your stay or just once, on the morning after your arrival. This service costs EURO 28.oo for two persons on the morning after your arrival, or EURO 182.oo for the entire week of your stay (seven breakfast packages for two persons).
    Please note that, for organizational reasons, it is absolutely necessary that you inform us when placing your reservation if you would like to take advantage of this special service.

  • Fresh bun service
    We will be delighted to supply you with fresh buns in the morning (upon request).

  • With the publication of this price list, all previous price lists are voided. We accept no liability for mistakes and reserve the right to change prices and schedules without notice.

    When traveling by rail
    You can travel here via Meran / Merano or Bozen / Bolzano. We will be happy to arrange for a taxi to transfer you to our lodgings.
    When taking the autobahn from Munich (304 km away) – Innsbruck (157 km away) – Brenner to Bozen / Bolzano
    (take the "Bozen Süd / Bozen South" Autobahn exit) – continue on the Bozen-Meran expressway ("Schnellstrasse") ("Meran Süd / Meran South" exit) – via the
    state road just a short distance before Meran / Merano, turn to the right and proceed to Schenna.
    Once you get to Schenna, we suggest that you proceed as follows.
    In Schenna: – You will have to pass through a narrow spot in the road –
    - After you get to the Gasthaus Tannerhof, turn to the right and continue to the Pichlerstrasse.
    - You will pass by the minigolf course – drive to the left towards the Pichlerstrasse.
    - After approx. 1 km, you will cross a small bridge.
    - After the right curve, turn to the right into the driveway of the "Nature Residence Dahoam."
