Our rates
Our rates are per chalet and per week for 2 persons and include final cleaning.
The Value-Added Tax of 10% is included in the price.
The prices stated are plus € 1.45 resort tax per person (14 years or older) and per night (valid for March 20, 2021)

When making your reservations, you must identify by name the two persons in your party.

Adults Only: Our house accommodates guests aged 14 and over.

In order to guarantee our guests a maximum of peace and privacy, we must insist that our chalets be used only by our guests. (No visitors)

We rent our chalets on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays are possible in the winter months (except for Christmas and New Year), with a minimum stay of four days. Please ask us about our daily rates in the winter months.

Exclusive use of electric bicycles
During your entire stay, you have exclusive use of two electric bicycles. These e-bikes are parked in front of our chalet, and are available for your use at all times! Enjoy a maximum of comfort and driving fun with your e-bike and explore Schenna, Meran, and the district of Burggrafenamt! This allows you to forget having to hunt for a parking space, and at the same time, you are doing something to help the environment. E-bikes are an excellent alternative to automobiles, and make bicycling a fun and pleasurable experience. E-bikes combine a low frame for easy mounting and dismounting, a comfortable sitting position, and power. Of course, we'll also provide you with helmets for your safety.

Final cleaning – mid-stay cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the overall rate. If you reserve a two-week or multi-week stay, a mid-stay cleaning of the chalet (on Friday or Saturday) is also included.

Advance payment
We are delighted that you have decided to reserve a vacation with us! After you have received the written confirmation, and after we have received your confirmation of reservation, we require an advance payment from you of EURO 350.oo for a definitive reservation. You are free to pay by means of bank transfer:

Next to "purpose" on the form, please state "Advance payment for Dahoam Chalet," your surname, and the period of your stay. Upon receipt of your advance payment, your reservations are considered binding. If we do not receive your advance payment within five days, we reserve the right to dismiss your reservation and re-assign the chalet. If you decide to not make advance payment and allow your reservation to lapse, we request that you cancel it in writing. Failure to make advance payment does not replace a written cancellation. We request that you transfer the advance payment only after you have received our confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation
There is no right of withdrawal as specified by the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions: We hope that you will understand that we will levy the following penalties when you cancel your reserved arrangement: Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival: deposit; 6 to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50%; from 2 weeks  prior to arrival: 100%; failure to show, late arrival, and premature departure: 100%. The advance payment is not covered by these conditions and will be retained in any case. Please note that even if you do not make advance payment and then allow your reservation to lapse, this must be cancelled. 
The scheduled day of arrival and day of departure are considered binding. In the event of a premature departure (prior to the reserved day of departure) or late arrival, you will be charged for the entire duration of the scheduled stay. These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the chalet unit is rented out in whole or in part.

Travel cancellation insurance
In order to protect yourself against cancellation charges, we recommend that you sign up for travel cancellation insurance.

Cash payment and advance bank transfer
Please understand that we can accept payment for the cost of your stay only in the form of cash or advance bank transfer. We do not accept Bancomat / ATM cards or credit cards.

Arrival and departure
The chalet will be ready for you starting at 3:30 p.m. on the scheduled day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate your chalet on the day of your scheduled departure by 9:30 a.m. If you wish to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please inform us of this in advance.
Upon your arrival, you will find the key to your chalet in the Dahoam Refugium, Pichlerstr.26. We will expect you there, and will then accompany you to your chalet at Hofweg 1 (approx. 600 meters away).

Bed linen and bathrobes
Bed linen, hand towels, dishtowels, sauna towels, and bathrobes will be ready for you upon your arrival in your chalet. You are free to use at any time the clothes iron and ironing board in the Dahoam Refugium. You can use the automatic washing machine and dryer (surcharge) in the Dahoam Refugium depending upon availability.

Sauna
Your private Finnish sauna is available for your use (free of charge) for three hours every day.

Wood-fired space heater
In your chalet, there's a wood-fired space heater (stove) to provide added warmth and comfort. You will find (free of charge) firewood in a basket in the apartment and outside. Fire is hazardous, so please be careful.

Internet
Our chalets are equipped with Highspeed-Internet access (WiFi) at no additional cost. 

Your valuables
Our two chalets are each provided with a room safe where you can store your valuables.

Fresh bun service
We will be delighted to supply you with fresh buns in the morning (upon request).

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking
Generally speaking, smoking is prohibited in the chalet. If you wish to smoke outside, we would be happy to provide you with an ash tray. At the same time, we would like to ask you to please be considerate of other guests in the neighboring chalet.

With the publication of this price list, all previous price lists are voided. We accept no liability for mistakes and reserve the right to change prices and schedules without notice.

Once you get to Schenna, we suggest that you proceed as follows.
In Schenna: – You will have to pass through a narrow spot in the road –
- After you get to the Gasthaus Tannerhof, turn to the right and continue to the Pichlerstrasse.
- You will pass by the minigolf course – drive to the left towards the Pichlerstrasse.
- After approx. 1 km, you will cross a small bridge.
- After the right curve, turn to the right into the driveway of the "Dahoam Refugium."
