Surrounded by the idyll of nature and pleasant silence, you can fully concentrate on yourself and your partner. In contrast to a conventional hotel, everything at the Adults Only South Tyrol from 14 years of age revolves around your rest and relaxation. Swim laps or simply enjoy the magnificent panorama of the South Tyrolean mountains from the natural pool.
Only Adults - Outdoor Fitness
You don't just want to look at the mountains, but explore them yourself right away? Then simply hike or cycle through the mountains and climb the beautiful mountain peaks of South Tyrol and see the breathtaking landscape with your own eyes. Of course, for the sports lovers, the Adults Only Refuge also has an outdoor fitness park where you can work out at any time. On our training ground you will find everything your fitness heart desires: because we have a wide variety of fitness equipment for different fitness disciplines such as a calisthenics station for different fitness disciplines, kettlebells, fitness bands, ab trainers, blackroll and our own yoga training ground.
Sauna fun to enjoy
Do something good for yourself and your health and indulge in a round in the Finnish sauna at the Adults Only South Tyrol. A private outdoor area is also available here so that you can optimally enjoy togetherness with your partner. In addition, we provide you with cosy bathrobes and blankets so that you don't get cold after the sauna. Depending on your choice of accommodation type, the private sauna is already included in the price (Private Chalets) or available for a small extra charge (Luxury Chalets). In the Refugium chalets you will find the sauna directly in the outdoor area, while the private chalets have their own SPA areas.

Our Adults Only Chalets in South Tyrol are located in 2 different locations about 800 metres from each other. There is a retreat with 5 luxury chalets and a private natural pool right outside the front door.
But for more private hours, there are also 2 more secluded private chalets - with their own private sauna in both chalets. Of course, you can also use the pool at the refuge and take a quick ride by on your e-bike.
