FIVE SUITES
The modern interior and exterior is built from oak and larch, while the large windows bring nature inside. Tradition, modernity, design and nature are united by architectural innovation, creating an inviting place of calm and slowness with stunning views, at 800 metres above sea level.
INDOOR CLIMATE
Our Refugium was built using passive house construction techniques. Each suite is equipped with a controlled ventilation system with an additional CO2 sensor. In winter the apartments are heated with a low-energy underfloor heating system, which also cools them in summer.
DESIGNER FURNITURE
The high-quality furnishings in the five individual suites include pieces designed by the landlady. Some were built by a local carpenter and others by the landlord himself. Timeless, lovingly selected design classics harmonise perfectly with the oak furniture.

By request the day before, we will bring fresh rolls and croissants to your door in the morning.
DIGITAL LIBRARY
You can read more than 500 magazines and daily newspapers in more than 20 languages conveniently and free of charge in our digital library.

In our shop you'll find a small selection of local products, while our well-stocked library offers a variety of travel guides with plenty of ideas for your holiday.
WONDER GARDEN
At an altitude of almost 2,000 m², our Nature Residence is surrounded by an impressive garden. From the shady area under the tree to the wooden terrace by the nature pool or the deckchairs on our lawn, our garden guarantees pure relaxation and panoramic views! And we take care of it lovingly.
BEE HEAVEN
The idyllic garden surrounding our Nature Residence was designed to provide the ideal habitat for bees, butterflies and other insects. A wide variety of flowers bloom here from spring to autumn. It's particularly popular with the bees, who play an indispensable role in our ecosystem.
NATURE POOL
Dive in, relax and enjoy our nature pool. The water is clean, revitalising and chemical-free. Surrounded by fauna and flora, this is a real treat for body and mind. Planting in the recreational areas is carefully coordinated to ensure natural, biological water treatment. Eco friendly and natural.
PRIVATE SPA
Treat yourself to the privacy of your own sauna, reserved just for you. We can heat up our Finnish outdoor sauna for you privately, twice a week (for a fee). There is also a cold-water shower and a plunge pool where you can cool off. Peace and calm are guaranteed in the cosy outdoor relaxation area.

OUTDOOR FITNESS
Use our training platform for fitness pursuits such as calisthenics, functional training, Freeletics, CrossFit and many more. Exercise in the fresh air surrounded by birdsong and sunshine. Birgit and Robert are trained functional fitness coaches who will be happy to help you!
BIKE STORAGE
Relax on holiday with your own e-bike, mountain bike or road bike. You can store and charge your bike in our lockable bike room.
