Wir freuen uns, dass Sie ihren Urlaub bei uns buchen möchten! Nach der erfolgten schriftlichen Bestätigung Ihrerseits und dem Erhalt der Reservierungsbestätigung von unserer Seite benötigen wir für eine definitive Reservierung ein Angeld von 350 Euro (Refugium), 400 Euro (Chalet).

Ci rallegra sapere che desiderate prenotare un a vacanza da noi! Dopo avere ricevuto la vostra conferma scritta e avervi inviato la nostra conferma di prenotazione, per concludere la prenotazione necessitiamo di una caparra di 350 euro (Refugium), 400 euro (Chalet).

Storno: Es steht kein Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzkodex zu – dennoch räumen wir Ihnen folgende Stornobedingungen ein: Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass wir bei Stornierungen des gebuchten Arrangements wie folgt verrechnen: bis sechs Wochen vor Anreise: Angeld, von sechs bis zwei Wochen vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtbetrages, ab zwei Wochen vor Anreise: 100% des Gesamtbetrages. An- und Abreisetag sind verbindlich. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise und verspäteter Anreise wird der gesamte Buchungszeitraum in Rechnung gestellt. Diese Stornobedingungen gelten unabhängig davon, ob die Suite oder Chaleteinheit ganz oder nur teilweise weitervermietet wird. Die Stornierung muss in schriftlicher Form erfolgen.

Ai sensi del codice per la tutela dei consumatori non sussiste alcun diritto di recesso, abbiamo comunque previsto per voi le condizioni di cancellazione che seguono, sperando che possiate comprendere che perla cancellazione di una prenotazioni effettuata addebiteremo quanto segue: fino a sei settimane prima dell’arrivo: Caparra, da sei fino a due settimane prima dell’arrivo: 50%, da due settimane prima dell’arrivo: 100%. I giorni di arrivo e partenza sono vincolanti. In caso di partenza anticipata (prima della data prevista) e di arrivo posticipato vi fattureremo l’intero periodo prenotato.
