Welcome to our dreamlike Gardenchalet with 57 m² indoor and 43 m² outdoor space! The orientation of the chalet offers you an unforgettable panoramic view. The living and sleeping areas are separated to offer you maximum comfort. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture and enjoy your private garden with 100 m² of space just for you. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite dishes and use the wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere. The controlled ventilation of the passive house ensures the best indoor climate at all times. Relax in your garden after an exciting day and enjoy the perfect chalet experience. High-speed WLAN is also available, of course.

Our panorama chalet impresses with a generous interior area of 57 m² and a lush exterior area of 43 m². So that you can feel completely at ease, we have designed the living and sleeping areas separately. From our chalet on the 1st floor you have a breathtaking panoramic view from your personal terrace. Your private terrace with comfortable patio furniture is the ideal place to come to rest. You can prepare your favourite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. Controlled ventilation ensures a pleasant indoor climate in the passive house at all times. After an eventful day, treat yourself to a well-deserved break in front of the panoramic window. High-speed WLAN for surfing is of course also available.

Attention sports fans: You can really let off steam in our refuge. We offer a comprehensive training platform that includes many different fitness trends. These include calisthenics, functional training, freeletics, CrossFit and many other training options. And it's all just a short bike ride away from your private chalet.

If you wish, we can also bring fresh bread rolls to the front door of your private chalet in the morning. Just let us know a day in advance and we will be happy to deliver. You can also visit our shop in the refuge. There you will find a selection of regional products from Schenna (South Tyrol).
